Job description:
THE HR GENERALIST ASSISTING THE DHRM WITH ALL HR FUNCTIONS

Successful applicant will report to the deputy Human Resources Manager.

The position is based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

Responsibilities
- Successful applicants will assist with general recruitment
- Successful applicants will assist with training and career development
- Successful applicants will monitor Employee file management
- Successful applicants will assist with staff discipline management
- Successful applicants will assist with performance management
- Successful applicants will assist with HR strategy development and implementation
- Successful applicants will assist with any other duties as directed by the HR MANAGER/DHRM

Qualifications and experience
- A graduate with Social Science degree is needed
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Human Resource generalist preferably in the marine industry or Oil and Gas
- Creativity and Innovation is needed
- Applicants must be team oriented and outgoing
- Ability to work with little or no supervision would be appreciated
