Position:
Executive Assistant to the CEO: REF-EAP

Direct Supervision
- Administrative function.

Direct Report
- President & CEO.

Roles and Responsibilities
- To manage appointments of the President & CEO’s diary
- To help the President & CEO manage output, workflow and office deadlines
- To take and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone callers, and answer queries when needed
- To open all mails addressed to the President & CEO
- To document minutes for all meetings
- To construct, type and dispatch all the President & CEO’s correspondence
- To involve relevant individuals, external organizations etc in arrangement of meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes
- To manage a detailed filing system
- To organise President & CEO’s travel together with in-house travel group
- To keep accounts on President & CEO’s official expenditures and claims
- To organise local transportation when needed
- To embark on research, media relations and promotional work when needed
- To assume any other duties as requested by the Managing Director

Skill Requirements:
- Applicants should be confident and outgoing
- Should be sound in communication and appearance everytime in dealings
- Applicants must possess retentive memory and organizational skills
- Applicants should be computer literate, must possess speed and accuracy (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Applicants should be able to type very fast.

Qualification and Experience:
-Applicants should possess good Bachelor’s degree in English, Law or any other Social Science related discipline from a reputable University;
- Applicants should have experience of at least 3 years in a similar position.
- Applicants should have Professional certificate and/or membership of a professional body
