Required skills/Qualifications:
- Applicants should have university degree/HND or above, with Estate, Marketing, Management and other related background

APPLICANTS' JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Real estate market research and information collection to provide the basis for the development of marketing programs
- Promote implementation of real estate projects, and carry out promotional activities
- Receiving customers, visitors and prospective clients in the most appropriate way and with keen and shared excitement
- Conducting customer surveys
- Sign purchase, service, contract and other agreements and deal with after-sales service on behalf of the company
Additional Conditions:
- Applicants should be nice looking, healthy young women under the age of 25
- There is no age restriction for applicants experienced in Real estate marketing
Expected Start Date:
Mid – November 2010
Salary:
- Applicants salary will include a basic salary, allowance plus bonus / commission
- Very attractive salary above the general standard in the field will be paid to applicants
- If applicants perform well allowance and bonus/commission will be given according to hard work and ability to meet marketing and sales targets.
Probation period will be for first two months of employment, only the basic salary will be payable. After the probation period, if found qualified, formal employment relation will be assured.

The Sea Truck group’s headquarters is located in Lagos, Nigeria. After the successful delivery of its first offshore pipe lay vessel, Jascon 5, in April 2004, the Sea Trucks Group entered the global contracting business. The global management of the DP3 construction fleet is controlled from its new office in the United Arab Emirates. From this office engineering & procurement, vessel management and corporate QHSE are controlled, while project teams are located around the world to support local market requirements. JOB TITLE :
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
LOCATION :
LAGOS, NIGERIA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Applicant would be responsible for execution of construction and fabrication activities to complete the work scope in accordance with the contract and other requirements related to quality, safety, health, environment and security
- Applicant would be responsible for promoting and ensuring adherence to Company policy and Company Management System (CMS)
- Applicant would be responsible for reviewing adequate implementation of CMS
- Applicant would be responsible for managing the construction crew and the project activities in the best way with respect to the Company’s interests
- Applicant would be responsible for motivation and performance of construction crew
- Applicant would be responsible for communication and co-operation within construction crew, between construction crew and other disciplines and between construction crew and client representatives
- Applicant would be responsible for reporting daily progress on offshore operations via Daily Progress Reporting
- Applicant would be responsible for reporting any non- conforming occurrences
- Applicant would be responsible for stimulating crew to report non-conformities, accidents, near-misses, hazardous situations, when observed
- Applicant would be responsible for control of documentation related construction and fabrication activities
- Applicant would be responsible for communication with Barge Master about marine- and construction activities
- Applicant would be responsible for liaisoning with Project Manager about project matters
- Applicant would be responsible for representing the Company
- Applicant would be responsible for familiarisation of all personnel with the project and their individual tasks
- Applicant would be responsible for effective use of the PTW System
- Applicant would be responsible for identification and reporting of areas of concern to Manager Operations
- Applicant would be responsible for stimulating and realising optimisation and improvements in his area of responsibility including team building, preventive maintenance, safety, loss prevention, reliability of equipment, health care, reducing environmental impact

The Manager of Projects.
DIRECTS:
Includes onshore function, managing the execution of projects and directing superintendents
APPLICANT IS AUTHORIZED TO:
- Take all decisions necessary to execute the work in a safe and efficient manner
- Manage the construction crew and subcontractors to ensure adequate execution of construction and fabrication activities
- Interrupt and correct activities, which may threaten safety, health or environment
- Act as Company Representative on board for project and contractual matters
- Endorse PTW-s
- Approve requisitions
- Appraise subordinates
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY REQUIRED:
- Applicant should possess good knowledge of Company Management System (CMS) ensuring compliance to quality safety, health, environment and safety (QHSES) requirements
- Applicant should possess good knowledge of the English language both written and spoken
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
